1. You are a resident of Lawrence County.
2. You have a need for housing.
3. You meet the income guidelines below:

   1	$9,375-$22,499
   2	$10,714-$25,714
   3	$12,053-$28,928
   4	$13,393-$32,142
   5	$14,488-$34,772

4. You have the ability to pay the 0% mortgage plus property taxes and insurance.
5. You are willing to partner with Lawrence County Habitat for Humanity by completing 300 "sweat equity" hours (or 100 hours per family member) on your home.
